Competition for new Macau residential projects heating up

Another article in The Standard is a more detailed follow-up to the last post regarding Cheuk Nang Holdings.  Nice quote by Joseph Lau Luen-hung describing the views of the new 3,000 flat complex he is building on Taipa Island - “you can see planes.”  Honesty is refreshing isnt it.

Cotai developer hopes to double money

Cheuk Nang Holdings hopes to double its planned HK$2.5 billion investment in a mostly residential development in an area of Macau that borders Coloane and Cotai. The first two blocks of a five block flats complex should be completed in 2009 with the remaining three finished in 2011. An adjacent 400 room hotel is planned by 2012.
